I last purchased a new snowmobile from them back in 2013, and regardless of spending $15,000 or $0 in their showroom, they treat you the same.
Mary Is upset that she wrecked a PWC of ours and had to pay for damages knowing full well that there was no insurance available. Maybe she should learn not to hit things. Also there is no insurance that will cover Rental Boats in our area and it is illegal for a rental business to offer their own personal insurance.

If I buy another Arctic Cat machine, it will only be here because of the service, and the friendship. They are dealers of products that come with a promise to support the buyer. They are your advocate, which I've had the pleasure of learning first hand, from experience.

The reason I give a low rating is that they do not offer rental insurance. We rented a jet ski. Rental insurance was not offered to us or discussed. If we had known this, we would have not rented it. When we signed the rental agreement, we initialed that we would pay for any damages, taking for granted there was rental insurance coverage on it. We damaged the jet ski and had to pay out of our own pocket for all damages which totaled $5400.00. We were local residents for 55 years, but recently moved out of state and our current homeowners policy has no watercraft coverage. So, before you drive away in one of their jet skis etc. make sure you carry your own rental insurance on it!
Rented an awesome boat over the 4th of July. Nicest people to work with. I actually had a boat issue and they were at my cabin in 20 min to correct the issue. They were also very prompt in delivering the boat and picking it up. I would definetly recommend using them.
